Log Book Servicing in Queanbeyan

Keep your service history complete without going back to the dealer. We follow your manufacturer's schedule and stamp your log book on every service.

What is a log book service?

Every manufacturer publishes a service schedule for each model, listing what should be checked, replaced and adjusted at each kilometre or time interval. A log book service follows that schedule and is recorded in your service book, so the car's history stays complete.

Under Australian Consumer Law you don't have to use the dealer to keep your new-car warranty. Servicing with an independent workshop is fine, as long as the work follows the manufacturer's specifications and uses suitable parts and fluids. A full service history also helps when you sell or trade in.

  • The next interval in your log book is coming up, by kilometres or by months
  • The service reminder has appeared on the dash

  • You're planning to sell and want a complete service record

Frequently asked questions

Will servicing with you void my new-car warranty?

No. The ACCC is clear that you can have your car serviced by any suitably qualified mechanic without voiding your warranty, as long as the service follows the manufacturer's specifications. We follow your car's schedule and record the work in your log book.

What do I need to bring?

Just your car and its service log book. If your manufacturer uses a digital service record, let us know when you book.

My car is overdue for a service. Is that a problem?

It's worth getting it done as soon as you can. We'll service it to the interval it's due for and let you know about anything that has worn in the meantime.

Do you service all makes and models?

Yes. We work on all makes and models, from small hatchbacks to family SUVs and 4WDs.
